VLO Manpower Consulting GmbH is a Vienna-based consulting and coordination company. We are neither a recruitment agency nor a temp-staffing provider: we are the interface between European employers and ten carefully selected, state-licensed Philippine recruitment agencies. The problem we saw
Nearly a thousand accredited recruitment agencies operate in the Philippines. For a European employer that means: opaque pricing and terminology, incomparable offers, unknown preparation quality, zero representation in Europe — and a state-regulated process where mistakes are easiest to make at the very start, when proper guidance matters most.
VLO’s founders solved this structurally: instead of every employer vetting agencies blindly, we did that selection once and professionally — chose the ten strongest, built working processes with them and opened a single entry point in Vienna.
